  • Conduct workshops in Germany and Singapore with development, sales and representatives from the target markets
  • Define the product and develop technical and commercial specifications
  • Develop the product and production concept incl. production time, factory layout, personnel requirements, costs and investments
  • Define the main components and potential suppliers of them in China, Thailand and India
  • Identify potential production partners in India and Thailand
  • Develop a business plan for a new business
  • Create cost-efficiency calculations and target figures for the business area
  • Provide evidence of cost-effectiveness and strategic significance
